Balkansky

SEC Balkanskiy is close to the metro station “Kupchino”, at Balkanskaya square. A few buildings connected between each other by passages forms a common trade space.

In SEC Balkanskiy there are located a great number of clothes, footwear, accessories and mobile stores, branches of the banks, perfumery and beauty salon “Rive Gauche”, food supermarket “Perekryostok”, “Kompyutornuy Mir” store, “Bukvoyed”, sports salon “Rockland” and others. For visitors multi-screen movie theater, billiard club “Hermes”, numerous café-rooms are reserved.

A new office and retail building was set up in SEC Balkanskiy in December 2010. Clothing, footwear, sportwear, accessories stores and food court open their doors to the visitors. In the beginning of 2011 the opening of the store gallery will be continued. The new building is connected with other buildings of SEC Balkanskiy by passage on the second floor.

In December, 2012 the second stage of “Balkania NOVA” building was opened for visitors, including specialized furniture center “12 Stuliev” (12 Chairs), food hypermarket PRISMA, ice skating-rink ICE PARK. A gallery of stores selling clothes, footwear and accessories of well-known brands, movie-house with numerous halls, food-court “Restorannyi Dvorik” (Restaurant Court) and many other things will be opened for visitors of the Shopping Mall soon!
