Zanevsky Kaskad

The modern multifunctional shopping and entertainment mall is located in a densely populated district near the metro station “Ladozhskaya” and Ladozhsky railway terminal. Upon opening, the mall became the centre of gravitation for dwellers of neighbouring districts. The shopping and entertainment mall “Zanevsky Kaskad” is one of the most successful projects on the St. Petersburg market of commercial real estate. The first four floors of the mall host a supermarket “Perekryostok”, a shop “Kompiyuterny Mir”, a shop "Finn Flare", "Forman", "Colin's" and over 200 shops selling clothes, footwear and accessories. On the third floor there is a 5-hall Kronwerk Cinema multiplex and food court “Restoranny Dvorik”, the last two floors are occupied by a comfortable business centre. A multitier parking for 300 cars linked to all the mall floors adjoins the building of the mall.

In December 2011 new trade gallery adjacent to the existing Zanevskiy Kaskad-1 mall was opened. It’s located next to Ladozhskaya metro station. In the gallery with total square over 4800 sq.m. one can find clothing, shoes and accessories stores as well as different service departments. After opening of the new gallery total square of Zanevskiy Kaskad-1 mall expanded up to 39 800 sq.m.

In 2013 a new building of SEC Zanevskiy Kaskad-3 has been launched. The building of the
centre is connected with operating buildings of SEC Zanevskiy Kaskad-1 and SEC Zanevskiy
Kaskad-2 by gallery passages. Before long as a part of new centre there will be open such known brand shops as Calzedonia, White Wind, Samsung, Diplomat, Concept Club, Luhta, Zarina, Gloria Jeans, Adidas, Modis, Lego, Love Republic, Golfstream and others. Fast food chains Carl’s Jr., Okolitsa, Teremok will act as tenants of Food Court. Also for the visitors an opening of Pivorama restaurant, Sportlife fitness club and multi-screen cinema of Formula Kino chain is reserved.
