This SEC centre is situated at the city gates of St. Petersburg and at crossing of such main traffic arteries as Vyborgskoye Shosse and belt highway (KAD) that provides easy centre accessibility not only for the citizens of Vyborgskiy, Primorskiy, Kalininskiy districts located in close proximity to but of other city districts as well.

Currently the first stage of the centre was put into operation. At the ground level a built-in parking of 520 car spaces will be also located there. Grocery hypermarket Prisma will become one of the anchor tenants of the centre. In perspective the possibility of expanding of the first stage up to 120,000 sq.m in the direction of Vyborgskoye Shosse is considered.
