Adamant Holding took third place in the ranking of Russia’s biggest proprietors of commercial real estate according to INFOLine Developer Russia Top-100, based on 2012 results. At present, company assets include more than 1.1 mln m² of commercial space, allowing the company to maintain its lead on St. Petersburg’s commercial real estate market.

In 2012, Adamant managed to solidify its market positions by commissioning new properties: Mezhdunarodny shopping mall, Continent shopping mall on Bukharestskaya and Continent shopping mall on Zvezdnaya, as well as phase two of Balkaniya NOVA shopping mall. The company’s immediate plans call for the opening of phase three of Zanevsky Kaskad shopping mall, as well as other properties.
